Basic Information:
The ISQSH Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification for Healthcare professionals is aimed at providing Foundation level knowledge in Lean Healthcare and Six Sigma principles in Healthcare. Yellow Belts can be junior level staffs who support process improvement teams by participating as team members, collecting data, contributing improvement ideas, assist in process studies etc. Yellow belts are expected to be familiar with basic concepts, tools and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma as well as the DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) framework.
Examination:
The ISQSH Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification Exam consists of 100 Questions, 2 hours exam; Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) to assess the candidate’s understanding of the YB-H Body of Knowledge. Candidates have to score minimum 70% to pass the Examination.
Candidate Eligibility Requirements:
ISQSH Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in Healthcare (YB-H) does not have any prerequisites or Qualifications. Anyone who can demonstrate their knowledge and competency in the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and process improvements in healthcare industry can apply for the Certification.
Recertification Requirements:
ISQSH Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in Healthcare (YB-H) is a lifetime certification it does not have any recertification requirements.
Examination Dates:
